The team at Healthy Homes Remediation provided superior service while they were at our residence. Not only did they provide the thoroughest of inspections, but they did a second one when we had another concern of different nature. After doing the inspections they showed us pictures of what they found and broke everything down to us in terms that we could understand. They checked in with us throughout the entire process as well. Chase was personable and you could tell that he genuinely cared about making and keeping our home mold free. They were even amenable to our schedules - nothing was difficult at all about this entire process. My family and I have never had to deal with mold removal so to have someone there along the way to guide us and go above and beyond was extremely helpful. I’m a stickler for Communication for which they were excellent! The service and education they provided were exponentially unmatched and I am confident in choosing them to have kept my family safe from harmful mold build up.
